TERMS & CONDITIONS

TERMS OF USE OF THE TWOH EVENT PLATFORM

  1. INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

Welcome to The World of Heineken digital event platform (the “TWOH Platform”). These Terms of Use govern the rights, obligations and legal responsibilities between you (the “User”) and HEINEKEN VIETNAM BREWERY COMPANY LIMITED (referred to as “HVN”, “HEINEKEN” or “we”) in connection with your access to and use of the features available on the TWOH Platform.

The TWOH Platform operates as a web application (web app) supporting consumers’ live event experience, including account registration, issuance of a free electronic event ticket (QR Code), real-time accumulation of Connection Points for redemption of physical souvenirs at Heineken booths, and updates/display of images and event moments (footage, moments) after the event ends.

By accessing, registering an account or using any feature of the TWOH Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and irrevocably agreed to all provisions of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform immediately.

  2. PARTICIPATION ELIGIBILITY AND AGE VERIFICATION (AGE GATE)

The TWOH Platform and related activities and events of HVN are exclusively for consumers aged 18 or above. To ensure compliance with HVN’s Responsible Marketing Code for alcoholic beverages:

2.1. Users must complete age verification through the Age Gate immediately upon accessing the Platform.

2.2. Only Users who select “I am 18 years old or above” will be permitted to access the homepage interface.

2.3. If a User confirms that they are under 18, the Platform will refuse to provide the service and display an access-denied notification.

2.4. We do not actively or intentionally collect or process any personal data from individuals under 18. If data belonging to a person under 18 is found to have been falsely declared on the system, HVN reserves the right to lock the account and delete the related data immediately without prior notice.

  3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND VERIFICATION PROCESS

To register for the event and experience the interactive features of the TWOH Platform, Users need to create a personal account through a simplified process designed to minimize drop-off:

    3.1. Initial mandatory information

Users only need to provide their full name and accurate mobile phone number on the initial registration screen.

3.2. Multi-channel backup OTP verification process

    • The system will, by default, send an OTP verification code via SMS (using the Brandname “twoh.vn”) to the User’s registered phone number.

    • Users may request an SMS OTP a maximum of 02 times. If both SMS OTP attempts fail (due to network errors or unintended technical issues), the Platform will automatically provide a backup option allowing the User to enter an Email Address to receive the OTP verification code by email.

3.3.  Voluntary profile update (Optional Profiling)

After successfully logging in, Users are encouraged to add optional information, including date of birth, gender and email address (if not already provided during OTP verification), through the personal account management section. Providing this information is entirely voluntary for the purpose of completing the User profile, and Users will receive corresponding additional Connection Points for accumulation and gift redemption.

Users are responsible for keeping their account information and OTP confidential and for all activities arising from their account.

  4. CONNECTION POINT ACCUMULATION AND GIFT REDEMPTION

The TWOH Platform integrates real-time customer journey management:

    • The accumulation and redemption of gifts using Connection Points are activities conducted as part of The World of Heineken 2026 (the “Event”), organized and operated directly by Metan Co., Ltd. (“Metan”) under the authorization of Heineken Vietnam Brewery Co., Ltd. (“HVN”).
    • This Detailed Rules on Connection Point Accumulation and Gift Redemption constitutes the complete and official document governing the gift redemption activities and shall prevail over any summarized information displayed on signage, notices, or other communication materials within the Event premises.
    • Employees and partners directly involved in the organization or operation of this program are not eligible to participate in gift redemption in any form, in order to ensure transparency and prevent conflicts of interest

    4.1. Connecting Point Accumulation Mechanism

Upon successful account registration, Customers will receive an electronic QR Code Ticket on the Platform. At the on-site check-in area of the Event, Customers present their QR Code Ticket to receive assistance in exchanging and activating a personalized interactive RFID Wristband. When participating in interactive, real-life challenges and games within the TWOH event venue, Customers touch their RFID Wristband against the connecting devices. The system will automatically record and credit the corresponding Connecting Points. This point balance will automatically synchronize and update in real-time on your personal TWOH Event Platform account.

Accumulation and Redemption Period for Connection Points: From [2:00 PM] on September 11, 2026 to [9:30 PM] on September 13, 2026 during the Event, or until all gifts available under the program have been fully distributed, whichever occurs first

    4.2. Gift Redemption Regulations

Users may utilize their valid accumulated Connecting Points to redeem various Heineken gifts (limited quantity based on each period of the event) (e.g., Heineken Silver Aluminum can, Hat, Water bottle, etc.) at the designated physical redemption booths (event booths).

    Inventory Distribution Principle

Gifts are distributed on a "First-Come, First-Served" basis and are completely dependent on actual physical inventory at the time the redemption transaction is conducted at the counter. Accumulating a sufficient number of Connecting Points as required does not imply and does not guarantee that the corresponding gift remains available at the time the user attempts to redeem it. The Organizer/Organizing Committee (BTC) is fully exempted from liability and has no obligation to compensate in the event that the gift fund is depleted before the Participant can redeem their points.

    Physical Gift Redemption Limit

Each Participant is permitted to redeem a maximum of 02 (two) units of gifts per gift type per Event day. However, Participants retain the right to simultaneously redeem multiple different types of gifts on the same day, provided they possess sufficient accumulated Connecting Points and the remaining stock of those gifts allows (e.g., Maximum of 02 water bottles + 02 hats per day, etc.).

Specific Gift Redemption Limit (Concert Experience Tickets - Starzone/VIP)

For concert experience tickets (or Starzone/VIP tickets), each Participant is only permitted to redeem a maximum of 01 (one) ticket per ticket type during the entire duration of the program (covering the entire Event).

The ticket tier for redemption and limits are defined in detail based on the ticket category (a combination of the ticket tier and the show date):

    • VIP Ticket - Day 2 (taking place on September 12, 2026): Maximum of 01 ticket per account for the entire program.

    • Starzone Ticket - Day 2 (taking place on September 12, 2026): Maximum of 01 ticket per account for the entire program.

    • Starzone Ticket - Day 3 (taking place on September 13, 2026): Maximum of 01 ticket per account for the entire program.

Coordinated Redemption Rule: Participants have the right to simultaneously redeem different ticket tiers or different dates in the above category, provided their account has sufficient accumulated Connecting Points and the actual ticket inventory allocated at the counter remains available (e.g., 01 VIP Ticket Day 2 + 01 Starzone Ticket Day 2 + 01 Starzone Ticket Day 3).

    Implementation Procedure

Redemption transactions must be conducted in person at the Redemption Station by scanning the identifier of the Connection Wristband (RFID Wristband). Any form of authorization, proxy, or indirect redemption is strictly invalid.

    On-site Inspection Regulations

Participants are responsible for thoroughly inspecting the type, quantity of gifts, and physical condition of the items directly at the redemption counter prior to departure. The Organizer/Organizing Committee (BTC) is entirely exempted from responsibility and will not resolve any complaints, returns, or exchanges for physical gifts after the Participant has left the Redemption Station.

    4.3. Connecting Point Deduction Mechanism

As soon as the User confirms a successful gift redemption, the system will deduct the corresponding Connecting Points in real-time from the User's online account.

    Deduction Formula & Irreversibility

The points deducted will be calculated exactly as the point requirement of the specific gift multiplied by the actual quantity of gifts redeemed. A gift redemption transaction, once confirmed successful by the system, is permanent, final, and cannot be reversed, modified, or canceled.

    Organizer's Reconciliation Rights

The Organizing Committee (BTC) reserves the right to inspect, reconcile, and unilaterally reject or invalidate redemption results if a transaction is found to arise from system errors, fraudulent acts, or deliberate exploitation of technical vulnerabilities.

    4.4. Non-commercial Nature

Connecting Points accumulated on the Platform have no cash value, are non-transferable between accounts, and are only valid during the event period as announced by the Organizing Committee.

    Prohibition of Commercialization

Connecting Points do not constitute a payment asset, and under no circumstances are they permitted to be bought, sold, assigned, gifted, or commercially transacted in any form between accounts.

    Validity Period

All unused accumulated points will automatically lose all legal validity and be permanently deleted immediately after the Event officially concludes, in accordance with the timeline announced by the BTC.

    Violation Penalties

The Organizing Committee (BTC) reserves the absolute, unilateral right to suspend, retrieve accumulated points, cancel redemption results, or permanently lock the account of any individual who violates the above regulations without any compensation. All disputes related to connecting points and redemption are subject to the final binding decision of the Organizing Committee (BTC).

4.5. Handling of cases where gifts are depleted before the end of the program

In the event that the desired gift has run out at the time the participant arrives for redemption, the participant may return to the redemption booth at another time during the program period to continue redeeming gifts, depending on the actual remaining quantity of gifts at that time

The Organizing Committee does not guarantee that a specific gift is, will be out of stock, or will be replenished on subsequent days of the Event, and has no obligation to compensate in cash or other forms outside the scope of these Regulations for depleted gifts

The remaining quantity of gifts for each point milestone is updated and publicly announced by the Organizing Committee at the redemption booth to ensure transparency throughout the program

    4.6. Decision-making Authority

All decisions made by the Organizing Committee at the redemption booth regarding eligibility for redemption, remaining gift quantities, and the handling of any arising situations shall be final and immediately binding

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse gift redemption in cases of suspected point fraud, invalid accounts, or violations of the conditions specified in these Regulations

    4.7.Complaints and Support Contact

For any inquiries or feedback regarding the program, please contact the support desk directly at the Starcore Zone or via support hotline/email during the Event 3.

The Organizing Committee will receive and respond to participants' feedback in good faith, within the scope and practical conditions of the program specified in these Regulations

    4.8. Miscellaneous

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to adjust or supplement these Regulations when necessary for operational reasons or at the request of competent state authorities; all changes will be publicly updated at this link and/or on announcement boards within the Event premises before taking effect

These Regulations are constructed in accordance with applicable laws.  In the event of any discrepancy between the summarized content on the Event announcement boards and these full Regulations, the content of these full Regulations shall apply absolutely

  5. ACCEPTABLE USE AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users undertake to use the TWOH Platform for lawful, personal and appropriate purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

5.5. Uploading or sharing content that violates the law, is pornographic, defamatory, misleading, inflammatory, or discriminatory on public interactive features of the Platform (if any).

7.2. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transfer, modify or create derivative works from any part of the TWOH Platform without HVN’s prior written consent.

  8. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The TWOH Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any other warranties, whether express or implied, except for commitments specifically provided in these Terms, at the time the event is operated. HVN makes reasonable efforts to ensure service stability and information security, but does not guarantee that the service will be completely uninterrupted due to national Internet connection failures or force majeure technical incidents.

HVN is not responsible for any damage or data loss arising from the User’s personal device being infected with malware, poor device security, voluntary disclosure of account information/OTP to third parties, or unlawful acts of third parties beyond HVN’s reasonable control.
